Paint
Coverage Tips:
Poor paint film coverage can be
contributed to low quality applicators (brush & roller). Premium
applicators are recommended for all painting applications.
The correct roller nap length provides the proper paint film
that covers and hides the surface. Product labels provide
recommended applicator instructions.

Sealer -
Stain Blocker Tips:
Sealers or stain blockers should
only be applied over thoroughly cleaned and dry surfaces.
Oil base sealers (alkyd or shellac) should not be applied where
the permeance of the materials surface would retard or trap
moisture. Additional information on fire and smoke damage
repairs can be found in the Free Online --- Loss Recovery
Guide with Standards,
Section 6.0) Fire and Smoke ... |
