Perini Corporation and its subsidiaries provide diversified general contracting, construction management and design-build services to private clients and public agencies throughout the world.

Since 1894, Perine has established a strong reputation within its markets by executing large, complex projects on time and within budget while adhering to strict quality control measures.

The Company offers general contracting, preconstruction planning and comprehensive project management services, including the planning and scheduling of the manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors required for a project. It also offers self-performed construction services including site work, concrete forming and placement and steel erection --- That is conducted through three primary segments: building, civil, and management services.

The Company's building segment has experience providing services to a number of high growth, specialized building markets, including the hospitality and gaming, sports and entertainment, educational, transportation, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical and high-tech markets.

The civil segment of the Company specializes in new public works construction and the repair, replacement and reconstruction of infrastructure, primarily in the eastern United States, often in metropolitan New York. Its civil contracting services include construction and rehabilitation of highways, bridges, mass transit systems and wastewater treatment facilities.

Perini's management services segment provides diversified construction, design-build and maintenance services to the U.S. military and government agencies as well as power producers, surety companies and multi-national corporations in the United States and overseas.

The Company's properties and operations are subject to federal, state and municipal laws and regulations relating to the protection of the environment, including requirements for water discharges, air emissions, the use, management and disposal of solid or hazardous materials or wastes and the cleanup of contamination.
