Oil States International, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides specialty products and services to the oil and gas drilling and production companies.

The Company operates in three segments: Offshore Products, Tubular Services, and Well Site Services:

The Offshore Products sector designs, manufactures, fabricates, inspects, assembles, repairs, tests, and markets sub sea equipments, offshore vessels, and rig equipments. Furthermore, offering flexible bearings and connector products; sub sea pipeline products; marine winches, mooring and lifting systems, and rig equipments; conductor casing connections and pipes; drilling riser repair services; blowout preventor stack assembly, integration, testing, and repair services; equipments for securing sub sea structures; and offshore platform jackets.

The Tubular Services segment distributes casing forms and tubing; and provides threading, remediation, logistical, and inventory services. This segment also offers ecommerce pricing, ordering, tracking, and financial reporting capabilities.

The Well Site Services segment offers products and services that are used to establish and maintain the flow of oil and gas from a well throughout its lifecycle and to accommodate personnel in remote locations. This segment provides drilling services, rental equipment, work force accommodations, catering and logistics services, and modular building construction services. In addition, this segment offers work force accommodations, catering, and logistics services to support work forces in mining and related natural resource applications, forest fire fighting, and disaster relief efforts.
