The Construction Materials segment manufactures and distributes ready-mix concrete, sand, and gravel products in the Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona markets. This segment serves concrete subcontractors, prime contractors, homebuilders, commercial and industrial property developers, pool builders, and homeowners.

The Construction Materials Testing segment provides geotechnical, environmental, field, and laboratory technical services. This segment offers its products to customers, including residential home builders, commercial contractors, and public works prime contractors.
